About Krondorf Trading Co.

Krondorf Trading Co began in the kitchen of Bev Pountney’s home in the town of Freeling, on the outskirts of the beautiful Barossa Valley, back in 1992.

What started as small batch, handmade condiments shared with family and friends quickly grew into something much bigger. Over the years, Bev developed unique flavour combinations and carefully refined her recipes, creating a range of jams, relishes and condiments that cater to every palate.

In 2016, Bev proudly handed over the reins to her daughter Annie, who continues the tradition of producing high quality, South Australian made condiments using the same passion, care and commitment to flavour. Today, Krondorf Trading Co remains a proudly family owned business rooted in the Barossa Valley community.
